Target Practice

• always says new high score until you close and reopen the game (for the first time playing)
• high score doesnt update until you close and reopen the game (always)
• timer starts even if you dont move or start shooting
• multiple targets are hit at once sometimes
• no collision when touching the targets (not an error, just thought it was weird)
• gamepad controls havent been specified
• sprites dont have similar themes (i mean the dragon and fire look weird compared to the target)
• windows warns me not to run this thing
• targets spawn offscreen sometimes
• no real reason for me to use horizontal movement
• zip file when its just one exe program, unnecessary, but idk if thats a norm that youre just following

thats about it for stuff that can be improved outside of gameplay (ik this was probably a test run for some language or smth)
